{ Close Your Eyes...Focus }

There she comes. Walking from around the front with a hand full of Camilla flowers. Nap was done, snack was done and all that was left now was to deliver her gift to her mama.

I oblige and close my eyes to her insistence.  Then she presents me with the sweet gift she hand picked herself.  I make a surprise gasp, even though I had watched her and caught the whole thing with my camera, and receive her labors joyfully.  She sits down in my lap and we cuddle and chat about her gift.  Then I wipe her face and off she goes to play on the swing set.

With mama in mind, she was focused on her task of collecting, presenting and displaying her little wonder of nature.  Her toddler mind focused on a task she held so dearly.  My mind was focused on her discovery, her joyful sweetness and her love for me.  Caught on a camera that focused on capturing her and saving this tiny moment in our lives for prosperity of the future.

Prov. 23:25, "Thy father and thy mother shall be glad, and she that bare thee shall rejoice."
